The materials generated by this site are not owned by social.cards and also do not assume any rights over them, they belong to the authors who generate them. Therefore, social.cards is not responsible for the published materials, but reserves the right to delete the materials considered inappropriate for this platform.
The platform reserves the right to apply a watermark over the materials generated using the free features.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information displayed on this website is accurate. The content is subject to change and we do not give any guarantee or assurance that the information is up to date. We take no responsibility for this aspect.
The content displayed on this website should not be considered legal, financial or other advice, and is not intended to replace consultation with a specialist.
3. Personal data and confidentiality
The social.cards platform can be accessed by any person without the need to provide personal data. Creating an account on this platform is also optional at the choice of users.
When creating an account, the following information is required:
- Name - can consist of either first and last name, only first name, only first name or a nickname preferred by the user; this information is private and will not be displayed to other users or other partners of the platform;
- Email - is used to identify users at authentication and electronic communication between the platform and the user; this information is private and will not be displayed to other users or other partners of the platform;
If the user creates an account using an external platform (eg: Facebook, Google), the name and email are automatically imported from that platform, the user having the option to later change his name.
To delete personal data, the user must send an email to [email protected] requesting this.
4. General rules
social.cards assumes no responsibility for possible damages of any kind caused by the platform. We reserve the right to block any user who violates the rules of the platform.
If the limits set by the platform are exceeded (like numbers of requests / day), access to resources will be blocked.
In the case of paid functionalities, the payment is not made successfully, the access will be blocked and the assets generated by the user will be deleted within 30 days. The user can continue to use the free functionalities, respecting the rules of the platform.
It is forbidden to exploit any possible vulnerabilities, as well as other types of attacks that can affect the functionality of the platform.
The platform can delete the materials generated using the free features after a period of time. The materials generated by the users who have an account on the platform can be deleted under certain conditions (incompatibility with the current functionalities or other technical reasons), but only after notifying the users by email 30 days before the deletion.
5. Cookies
social.cards uses 2 types of cookies. The first type is represented by cookies generated directly by the social.cards platform used strictly for technical functionalities. The second type of cookies is generated by external platforms used for statistics or additional functionalities (eg Google Analytics, Facebook).
6. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
social.cards may revise these terms of use for the site or, at any time, without notice. By using this website you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
